About the Program
The Bachelor of Science in Legal Management program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the components of law and the legal intricacies of the business environment, addressing critical areas such as contracts, taxation, labor laws, and negotiations to prepare graduates for multifaceted roles in legal and business domains.
Program Educational Objectives
Three to five years after graduation, the graduates are expected to:
- Perform the Paralegal role in the organization and the legal and regulatory environment of business and how they can make meaningful contributions as a strategic partner in building the organization to become globally competitive.
- Exemplify professional and ethical practice in service to the community, the industry and the country.
Student Outcomes
By the time of graduation, the students of the program shall have the ability to:
- Apply legal and management principles, theories and methods to various types of organizations.
- Analyze, evaluate and solve problems critically using legal and management tools and techniques.
- Use interpersonal and communication skills effectively.
- Seek employment and facilitate the integration process in the corporate environment so they can be immediately productive once employed.
