UM posts top 1 placer in Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam
The University of Mindanao is elated to announce that several of its alumni placed in top spots, including the first placer, in the November 2025 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination.
The results are as follows:
Top 1 : Denise Marie B. Astillo (88.50)
Top 7 : Jhanamae R. Abrea (85.00)
Top 8 : Fred Terence P. Soldevilla (84.50)
Along with their feat, UM also recorded a 100% passing rate for its first time takers, and a 100% overall passing rate for all its takers, compared to the 55.26% average national passing rate.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission, a total of 373 examinees out of the 675 registered takers were able to pass the exams.
