UM's SPECTRUM emerge as first runner up in TCRL's Justitia Moot Court Competition

The University of Mindanao - College of Law represented by SPECTRUM, its official moot and debate society, went home bringing both pride and honor as they emerged as the 1ST RUNNER-UP in the recently concluded 6th Justitia Moot Court Competition organized by the Teehankee Center for the Rule of Law (TCRL). Boosting the UM's pride, Mr. Salvador P. Diana, Jr. was also recognized as the FINALS BEST ORALIST. This year, 10 teams from seven (7) different law schools competed for the championship title. The moot court problem deals with legal issues surrounding cyber-terrorism, the policy of non-discrimination, and International Humanitarian Law. The team was composed of the following individuals: Memorialists for the applicant: Jennifer Dy, Marrie Angela Santiago, Jeffrey Christian Josol and Krisha Faye Ambol. Oralists for the applicant : Marrie Angela Santiago and Fatima Espera Aurelio. Assisting Researcher for the Applicant: Gamaliel Reforma.
