There is a major internet breakdown in the whole of Mindanao today, and maybe a slowdown until tomorrow, and our students will certainly be affected.
We shall take cognizance of these difficult situations and due consideration has to be extended to all our students. This is the best time for self-directed learning (readings, work on individual papers, etc.) and some asynchronous sessions.
