"Found at the ground floor of DPT, the RPC as its name implies handles the efforts of the school to go into research work in different fields. It collaborates with various partners here and abroad in the sharing of knowledge, resources, and personnel in different fields to bring about useful, informative, and timely work. The RPC also handles UM's Institute of Popular Opinion, which regularly holds independent city-wide surveys to obtain the pulse of the everyday Davaoeno on popular topics of the times."
