UM Student Leaders Shine at TRAC Philippines 2025
Baguio City, Sept. 29 – October 3, 2025 — The University of Mindanao (UM) proudly celebrates the remarkable achievements of its student leaders who represented the institution during the 1st Outstanding Student Leaders’ Convention and 5th Student Affairs and Services International Convention, held at the Venus Parkview Hotel, Baguio City. The event was organized by Transforming Advocates and Champions (TRAC) Philippines, bringing together exemplary student leaders and organizations from across the country.
Mr. Clifford James Danduan, a 4th-year BA Communication student and former President of the Council of College Student Government, was recognized as one of the Top 7 Outstanding Student Leaders of the Philippines. From over 200 applicants nationwide, Mr. Danduan emerged among the Top 20 finalists and ultimately secured his place among the country’s most outstanding leaders—an inspiring testament to his dedication, leadership excellence, and commitment to student service.
Beyond this distinguished recognition, UM student leaders showcased their excellence and talent throughout the convention - bringing pride and recognition to the University of Mindanao.
