Jubilation at Conferment Ceremony for UM's inbound faculty from Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya
Strengthening its commitment to internationalization, the University of Mindanao (UM) held a formal Conferment Ceremony for Dr. Lusia Sulastri of Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya (UBJ), Indonesia.
The event was graced by Dr. Guillermo P. Torres Jr., President and CEO of UM, alongside various academic officials. The ceremony served not only as a welcome for the incoming scholar but also as a platform for reflection on the university’s growing global footprint.
Dr. Sulastri joins the UM community as part of the third batch of inbound faculty from UBJ. She is officially seconded by the College of Criminal Justice Education, where she will serve as a visiting professor for the duration of the semester.
