CBAE announces topnotcher in April 2026 REBLE
The UM College of Business Administration Education is elated to announce its topnotcher in the April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination (REBLE) in the person of Fred Terence P. Soldevilla.
With a rating of 91.25%, Mr. Soldevilla placed as Top 8 out of thousands of registered examinees.

The examinees from the BS in Real Estate Management of the University of Mindanao successfully scored a 100% passing rate in the recent April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination (REBLE).
This feat allowed UM to surpass the 81.17% national passing rate. According to the Professional Regulation Commission, the REBLE had a total of 2,296 registered examinees out of which only a total of 1,863 passed. The exam was given in testing centers across the Philippines this April 2026, and results were released in exactly three days.
