The UM - College of Hospitality Education, through its Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) Program, continues to bring pride and honor to the institution after being crowned Champion in the Cake Decorating Competition during the Manila Foods and Beverages Expo (MAFBEX) Davao 2026, one of the country's premier food, beverage, and hospitality events.
In recognition of this remarkable achievement, UMCHE was awarded a Plaque of Recognition by Lola Abon's Durian Candies, Inc. for its outstanding representation of the brand. The award highlighted the students' exceptional creativity, dedication, and passion, embodying the true spirit of Filipino artistry, innovation, and craftsmanship.
