HR UMagapay: Charging Ceremony for Newly Promoted Employees
To strengthen employee morale and to formally induct newly promoted employees, the HR UMagapay initiated a Charging Ceremony on February 05, 2026. The ceremony honored Roxsan A. Asares, promoted as Document Control Custodian of the Quality Management Office (QMO), and Shammah Thalia P. Gerolaga, promoted as Administrative Assistant of the College of Arts and Sciences Education (CASE).
The program included the Reading of Job Descriptions, followed by the Charging and Oath-taking, emphasizing the promotees’ commitment to professionalism and service excellence. It was followed by encouraging messages from VP-HRMD Myrna S. Viado and immediate heads, with the promotees expressing gratitude and renewed readiness to serve.
This activity shows that
promotion is both a celebration and a motivation for others to give their best.
