UM posts several topnotchers in March 2022 LET
It is a time of abundance as UM posts back-to-back topnotchers in several national licensure examinations, this time with four alumni in the top spots of the Licensure Examination for Teachers for March 2022.
Sharing the top 8 spot with their individual score of 90.20% are UM Tagum graduates Klen Vincent Aboloc Magalona (BS Secondary Education), Jasseh Mae Boaquin Gonzaga, and Lodiza Lamano Magdilag; while Emelyn Ali Armodia of UM Main is in the tenth spot with her score of 88.80%.
Their performance enabled the university to score in the following rankings:
Elementary Level
First Takers: 50%
National Passing Rate: 48.89%
Secondary Level
First Takers: 92.86%
National Passing Rate: 41.73
According to the Professional Regulation Commission, the LET resulted in only 10,039 elementary teachers out of 20,567 examinees (48.81%) and 7,809 secondary teachers out of 18,717 examinees (41.72%) who passed.
The LET was administered in 24 testing centers across the Philippines.
