The University of Mindanao – Professional Schools, in partnership with the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), celebrates the Commencement Exercises for the Diploma in Human Resource Management, Batch 2024 and 2025. The ceremony was held on July 27, 2026, at AVR2, GET Building, UM Matina Campus.
The program was initially developed in collaboration with Dr. Eugenio S. Guhao, Jr., Dean of UM Professional Schools, whose support contributed to the advancement of this professional learning initiative. The Diploma in Human Resource Management is awarded only to participants who have successfully completed all five certification programs: Certificate in Strategic HR Planning and Development, Certificate in HR Planning and Acquisition, Certificate in Labor Relations, Certificate in Compensation Management, and Certificate in Organization Development.
The meaningful rites and awarding of diplomas celebrated not only the twelve graduates' achievements but also the unwavering support of their families and industry partners who contributed to their success.
