University of Mindanao Asenso Hub call for entries to UMerge Startup Challenge 2019
The University of Mindanao’s very own technology business incubator dubbed UMasenso Hub is opening its doors to entries for its first-ever UMerge Startup Challenge on October 13, 14 and 25, 2019 at UM Matina campus.
With the theme “Strengthening startup culture and ecosystem in tertiary education,” UMerge 2019 aims to seeks out ideas from UM students for startup technologies that seek to address existing gaps in the fields of agriculture, tourism, transportation, environmental sustainability, and disaster risk reduction.
According to UMasenso Hub, the competition is open to individuals and teams with a maximum of five (5) members with tech ideas addressing challenges in the aforementioned priority sectors.
Registration is available online through https://forms.gle/1gGnMKn8c3uJofjT8 and will be open until October 1, 2019.
