UM 48th Mobile Blood Drive: Save a Life
Participants are welcome to take part in the 48th Mobile Blood Drive on January 29 at the Professional Schools lobby, Matina campus starting 7am.
The annual blood drive is spearheaded by the University of Mindanao Administrative Employees Association in partnership with the Department of Health to aid in life-saving blood banking efforts.
Medical personnel will be on site to screen potential donors but generally, interested blood donors are advised to have sufficient sleep the night before the blood drive and have breakfast prior to the event. Consuming alcoholic beverages the night before donating blood is prohibited.
The 48th Mobile Blood Drive will only be until 12pm.
