UM College of Law Debate Team advances to quarter finals of the ANC Square Off: The V and A Law Debates Season 18
The University of Mindanao's first ever College of Law Debate Team made waves in their first tourney after they beat the University of Cebu last Oct. 25 to advance to the quarter finals of the ANC Square Off: The V and A Law Debates Season 18.
Dubbed team Spectrum, they were also garnered the Best Speaker award in the person of Jeffrey Christian Josol, who is in his third year taking up law at the university.
Spectrum is composed of speakers Josol, Jefferson Nuneza, and Krisha Faye Ambol; with primary researchers Eula Maye Perturbos, Kristina Marie Clavero and Stella Lyn Amistad, and the collective efforts of all Spectrum members.
The team was accompanied by their coach, Atty. Joahna Paula Domingo.
The winning eliminations debate will be aired on Nov. 1 on ANC.
