University of Mindanao maintains ISO9001:2015 standards
The University of Mindanao successfully complied with the requirements to operate under ISO9001:2015 standards!
After undergoing a 2- day surveillance audit by accredited auditors, it was announced on May 25, 2021 that UM will be able to continue using the globally recognized standards of operation after its Main and Branch campuses were deemed able to maintain the needs and requirements of its students, industry partners, and other stakeholders; and deliver its services well.
The ISO 9001:2015 recertification was garnered in August 2020, and will undergo a yearly surveillance audit until another cycle of reaccreditation occurs after three years. The surveillance audits are done to ensure the organization is maintaining the standards set in its initial accreditation.
