Payment Options
PAYMENT OF TUITION FEE AND OTHER FEES.
Here are some guidelines that will help all UM students pay their tuition fees and other fees to any of the following banks and payment centers:
1. REMITTANCE CENTERS (CEBUANA LHUILLIER, M. LHUILLER, PALAWAN) – PAYMENT ACCEPTED AT ANY BRANCH NATIONWIDE
Step 1. -Go to the nearest Cebuana Lhuillier/ M/ LHUILLER/ PALAWAN
Step 2. -Fill-out the PERA PADALA/ SEND MONEY Form with the following details:
Name of the Student
School/Campus name (UM-Davao Main)
Student ID number
Payment Amount
Step 3. – Present your form to the remittance center cashier together with your money
Note: Your payment will be posted the following day.
2. BANKS:
METROBANK
1. Metrobankdirect (INTERNET)
Step 1. Log-in to your metrobankdirect account and select ”PAY BILLS”
For personal account, https://personal.metrobankdirect.com
For corporate accounts, https://corporate.metrobankdirect.com
Step2. Under SPECIAL BILL, choose “University of Mindanao-Davao” from
the dropdown list of billers.
Step 3. Enter the SUBSCRIBER/STUDENT ID NUMBER
Step 4. Enter your PHONE NUMBER
Step 5. Choose an account where the payment will be sourced from and enter the amount you wish to pay. Select payment type and click on “CONTINUE”.
Metrobank Mobile Banking
Step 1: Access the Metrobank mobile banking app installed in your mobile phone and select “PAY BILL”.
Step 2: Select “BILLER”; select “OTHERS”; and select UNIVERSITY OF MINDANAO-DAVAO.
Step 3: Select the ACCOUNT NUMBER where the payment will be sourced from.
Step 4: Enter your STUDENT NUMBER under “Subscriber NO.”
Step 5: Enter the amount you wish to pay.
Step 6: Key in your MPIN to confirm the transaction.
If you are not yet enrolled to Metrobank direct and Metrobank Mobile Banking, you may enroll at your Metrobank depository branch.
Over-the Counter Branch –Payment accepted at any branch nationwide, no bank charges.
Step 1: Go to nearest or most convenient Metrobank branch and get a copy of the “PAYMENT SLIP” (green form) and accomplish the required information/details:
Company Name: UNIVERSITY OF MINDANAO-Davao
Subscriber Name: STUDENT NAME
Subscriber Number: STUDENT ID NUMBER
Tel. No. / Other Details: STUDENT/PARENT/PAYORS CONTACT DETAILS
Mode of Payment: CASH / ON-US CHECK / DEBIT ACCOUNT
Write the AMOUNT OF PAYMENT
Step 2: Present payment slip to Metrobank teller together with your cash/check.
Step 3: Once validated, the teller will give you your validated copy.
Step 4: Before leaving, check and verify the copy received if validated and if the copy was the one accomplished and presented to the bank teller.
UCPB-United Coconut Planters Bank – payment accepted any branch nationwide.
Over the Counter payment – no bank charges
Step 1. Go to nearest UCPB branch
Step 2. Fill-out payment slip:
Student Name
Student ID number
Amount to be paid
Step 3. Present payment slip to the teller.
Step 4. Get validated payment slip.
