UM's Main Library Building has its Topping Off Ceremony
The last structural component piece of the University of Mindanao’s up and coming 12, 960sqm UM Main Library Building was installed today, Feb. 28, 2020 with UM President Dr. Guillermo P. Torres Jr. and members of the UM Board of Trustees in attendance.
The ceremony, also attended by the deans of colleges and heads of offices, signals the building’s speedy path to completion within this year, and is set to become the largest free standing library structure in Mindanao. It is the university's investment in its students, and its assurance that it holds the library, regarded as a repository of knowledge, to the highest esteem.
