UM Multitest prides itself of giving quality service to our clients. This is the main reason why our clients keep coming back to the Center for their medical requirements.
We maintain a daily review of our customer survey where complaints and suggestions are immediately addressed to continuously improve our service.
For the period January to September of this year, we gave service to 58,321 Clients. Of which 63% or 36,839 are Cash Clients and 37% or 21,482 are Charge Clients. It is noteworthy to point out that of the 63% Cash clients, 29% comes as referrals from our lessees; 14% are from outside doctors and 57% comes from walk-in clients.
From 104 non-HMO companies, we now have 116 non-HMO companies or an increase of 10.34% under our Industrial Medicine roster. We have also increased our clients under HMO to 16.84%, from 237 clients last year to 285 companies making a total of 401 companies.
Management has recently approved acquisition of the Sysmex HCLAB, a comprehensive and flexible state of the artLaboratory Information System (LIS). With the acquisition of the LIS software, the Center will be able to process laboratory test twice faster than the present setup. Results may be generated without much human intervention.
NEW LOBBY LOOK
We have recently acquired gang chairs for our lobby, giving it a new look. It can seat more patients at a time.
Talks are underway for the acquisition of a new ultrasound probe for our 2D echo procedure and the purchase of a mammography machine for Mammography procedure, which in time, may be part of the Annual P.E.
