Bachelor of Law

College of Law aims:
A. To provide a law academic program which is responsive and committed to the needs of the global community;
B. To produce professionals whose mind are educated with legal provisions and the heart in justice, civic consciousness and respect for law, authority and human rights;
C. To produce lawyers who conduct themselves according to service oriented principles and to the noblest ethics and traditions of the bench and the bar;
D. To provide a fully-equipped academic environment geared towards producing graduates who are fully competent and wholly qualified;
E. To create a venue for an advanced legal research on a subject of law considered as novel;
F. To allow the students to work through legal issues and to formulate practical solutions and recommendations;
G. To organize and engage students as clinical aide through aide through an apprenticeship program that would bring them at the forefront of learning and experience; and
H. To offer law subjects concerning the conservation, preservation and restoration of the natural resources of Mindanao and of the whole country.
