Bachelor of Science in Psychology

Psychology is the scientific study of human behavior and mental processes. It deals with the discipline and professional practices that would contribute to national development through basic and applied research and interventions. The program aimed to solving problems and promoting optimal development and functioning at the individual, family, group, organization and institutions, community, and national levels.

Such program was designed to provide students with a solid basic foundation on the major areas of psychology which may also be used as preparation for further studies and training in particular specialization of psychology or other professions such as education, law, and business management. Graduates of psychology are projected to be capable of handling job requirements in different ground such as teaching, research, human resource management, basic psychometrics, training and development and in developing relevant knowledge and skills.
