UM tops June 2017 Criminologist Licensure Exam

The University of Mindanao continues to prove its commitment to produce topnotch graduates as Gander Suello Quillip from Digos campus tops the June 2017 Criminologist Licensure Examination (CLE).

Quillip topped the CLE with a grade of 88.40, and he is joined in the Top 10 of CLE examinees by Joel Naya Quibol from the UM Tagum branch, who placed fourth with a rating of 87.90.

The two join the 5,202 new Criminologists out of the more than 20,000 examinees registered by the Professional Regulation Commission.

The exams were held by the PRC Board of Criminology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

With the accomplishments of Quillip and Quibol, the University of Mindanao has set a record for itself in producing 11 placers in national licensure examinations in only a span of two months.

Earlier this year, UM made waves by having topped and having the most number of placers in the Licensure Examination for Teachers, earning a place in the Certified Public Accountants examination, and most recently, also having a topnotcher in the June 2017 Architect Licensure Examination.
